1. Returns: - We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Customized Items: - Please note that customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part.
3. How to Initiate a Return: - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bcmerch.idaho@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. - Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
4. Shipping Costs: - The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

7. Cancellations: - Custom orders can not be cancelled. Regular orders can be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
